whonix.org's user support forum gets a bit busy since the Whonix 7
release. It starts taking too much time. I also don't know all the
answers to all applications which are available in Debian. Sometimes
forums such as unix.stackexchange.com also produce or already have
higher quality answers. Not answering questions on whonix.org and just
letting people who don't know the answers talking to each other also
seems like a bad idea.

Idea:

- - keep whonix.org's forum, no need to completely remove it

- - no longer advertise whonix.org's forum as primary place to ask for
support on the contact page, rather have a page which explains where
one could ask for help

- - recommend to ask http://unix.stackexchange.com for Debian centric
questions and redirect some questions suitable for
http://unix.stackexchange.com there when asked in whonix.org forum

- - recommend to ask http://tor.stackexchange.com for Tor centric
questions and redirect some questions suitable for
http://unix.stackexchange.com there when asked in whonix.org forum

unix.stackexchange.com might be suitable for Whonix. It is my
understanding, that they are happy about any kind of *nix specific
questions and Whonix is also another specialized *nix. Debian forum's
usually aren't happy about questions coming from derivative distributions.

Preparation:

- - after discussing this here, http://unix.stackexchange.com/ and
http://tor.stackexchange.com/ have to be contacted and asked if it is
okay to redirect questions to their pages
