[Whonix-devel] My https mirror of whonix

For reference, I do not have enough disk space for all of the current
whonix release files, now that there are more than just two ova files,
nor the extra cash to expand large enough for all of the files.

The mirror currently hosts the 8.2 ova and qcow2 files.

If there is interest, I can change that to the 8.6.2.8 files, but I can
only fit one version at a time.  Otherwise I'll wait until 9.0 to switch.

As a reminder, the mirror's uri is https://jhcloos.com/whonix/
