No, it's always:
Dir::Etc::trusted "trusted.gpg";
Dir::Etc::trustedparts "trusted.gpg.d";

/f and /d are just annotations for interpreting the option when
reading it via apt-config, and APT::GPGV::TrustedKeyring is the
old name of Dir::Etc::trusted.
